Managed

For organizations that want Reattend to provision and govern the AI key centrally, with admin-set rate limits, instead of connecting their own. The key lives in the org's Control Room and is never shown to individual members. Managed is scoped per organization and isn't self-serve - talk to sales to set it up.

Government

For paper-heavy, on-premise-required organizations. Adds on-premise or air-gapped deployment, OCR ingestion for physical documents, and a trainer dispatched to help onboard existing records. Custom-quoted - contact pb@reattend.ai.

Managing your key

Personal accounts manage their key in Settings → AI Provider. Org admins manage the org's key in the Control Room → Settings → AI Provider section - it never appears in individual members' account settings.
